Venue

The project will be held in Armenia at "altera lab" training center & housing in Aparan community, which is located at the eastern slopes of Mount Aragats and the northern slopes of Mount Ara, on the shores of Kasagh River, with an elevation of 1880 metres above sea level. Aragatsotn Province is about 50 kilometers northwest of the capital Yerevan. Aparan has a very beautiful nature and a small community of active young people looking forward to host an international training course in their town. You will be accommodated in dormitory rooms with other participants of the same gender (4-5 ppl in one room). Bathrooms are shared for all the participants. There is wireless internet available in the venue. There is a big garden and beautiful spots which will be at our disposal both during the sessions and free time. The average temperature in July is around +25’C.

Within non-formal education we find it reasonable to foster community based living, so please be prepared to take care of your space keeping it clean and nice.
